18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement
Last updated: October 17, 2026
All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was created.
Who produces the content
FunVertex is a platform on which independent Creators upload content they produce themselves. FunVertex does not produce, commission, direct, or edit that content, and is not its primary producer within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Each Creator is the producer of the content they upload and is responsible for creating and maintaining the records those provisions require for every performer depicted.
How FunVertex verifies age
- Every Creator must pass government-ID and live-selfie identity and age verification, through our verification provider, before they can publish content or earn.
- Before uploading content that includes any other person, the Creator must check that person's government-issued ID, confirm they were at least 18 when the content was produced, and obtain their signed consent and release — whether or not that person has a FunVertex account.
- Creators must keep those identity documents and releases for as long as the content is on FunVertex and for seven (7) years afterwards, and must produce them to FunVertex on request. Content whose records are not produced is removed.
- All uploaded content is screened before it is published. Content depicting, or appearing to depict, anyone under 18 is prohibited without exception, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Records requests
Requests relating to the records for specific content should identify the content (its URL and the Creator's username) and be sent to [email protected] or by post to FunVertex, 6285 E Spring St #308, Long Beach, CA 90808, United States. FunVertex will obtain the records from the producing Creator.
The obligations above are set out in full in the Creator Agreement and the Content Policy. To report content you believe depicts a minor, use the report control on the content or the Support Center.
